Yes - all of our stone and marble furniture is bespoke and made to order. This allows us to create unique, high-quality pieces tailored to each customer.
Our standard lead times are 6–10 weeks, depending on the product. We will always do our best to improve on these times where possible.
Our standard service is kerbside delivery only, meaning items are delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property. White glove delivery and placement inside the property can be arranged for an additional cost - please confirm at checkout.
As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
We kindly ask that all items are carefully inspected at the time of delivery. If any damage or imperfections are identified, please refuse the item and ensure it is returned with the delivery team. Photographs of the issue must be taken and sent to us right away, so we can swiftly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Yes, we can ship worldwide. However, for orders outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping options, costs, and customs requirements.
Because stone and marble are natural materials, each piece has unique veining, color, and texture. These natural variations are part of the beauty of the material and are not considered defects.
We can provide photos and videos of current slabs, and can arrange small off-cuts or sample tiles on request.
