Made-to-Order Lead Times

As our products are made to order, typical lead times range from 8–12 weeks, depending on the product and supplier. We will always do our best to improve on these timescales where possible and will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is ready, we will arrange delivery through one of our trusted courier or logistics partners.

  • Our standard service is kerbside delivery only, meaning items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property (e.g., driveway or front of building). Customers are responsible for moving goods inside and arranging installation.

  • If you would like a white-glove delivery and installation service, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us before delivery to receive a tailored quote.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the item. You will be notified in advance of your scheduled delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product type, dimensions, and delivery location. For larger bespoke items, we will provide a tailored delivery quote before processing your order.

International Orders

We proudly work with international suppliers and can ship globally.

  • For orders outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping options, costs, and customs requirements.

  • Please note that shipping times, customs clearance, and duties/taxes may vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages in Transit

All products are carefully packaged for transport. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
