Are your products made to order?
Yes - all of our stone and marble furniture is bespoke and made to order. This allows us to create unique, high-quality pieces tailored to each customer.
What are the typical lead times for delivery?
Our standard lead times are 6–10 weeks, depending on the product and supplier. We will always do our best to improve on these times where possible.
Do you offer installation as part of delivery?
Our standard service is kerbside delivery only, meaning items are delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property. Installation and placement inside the property can be arranged for an additional cost - please contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you accept returns?
As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. However, for orders outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping options, costs, and customs requirements.
Will my product look exactly like the pictures?
Because stone and marble are natural materials, each piece has unique veining, color, and texture. These natural variations are part of the beauty of the material and are not considered defects.
Do you offer samples?
We can provide photos and videos of current slabs, and can arrange small off-cuts or sample tiles on request.
