Refund policy

At Fulham Stone, every piece is crafted with care using the finest natural stone and marble. Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products, we want to be clear about our returns process.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

All of our furniture is custom-made to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke items unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

All products must be inspected at the time of delivery before signing over the delivery note from the driver. If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must take pictures/videos at the time of inspection and to please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate. Photographic evidence will be required to support your claim.

Natural Variations

Please note that stone and marble are natural materials. Variations in veining, colour, and texture are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

Returns Process

If your order qualifies for a return (due to fault or damage), please contact us at info@fulhamstoneco.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke and made-to-order furniture (unless faulty/damaged)

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery
