As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
What are the lead times?
Our standard lead times are 6–10 weeks, depending on the product. We will always do our best to improve on these times where possible.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION AS PART OF DELIVERY?
Our standard service is kerbside deliveryonly, meaning items are delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property. White glove delivery and placement inside the property can be arranged for an additional cost - please confirm at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. However, for orders outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping options, costs, and customs requirements.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We kindly ask that all items are carefully inspected at the time of delivery. If any damage or imperfections are identified, please refuse the item and ensure it is returned with the delivery team. Photographs of the issue must be taken and sent to us right away, so we can swiftly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
